Peer Review Process

1. First the deputy editor checks that the research paper falls in one of the scopes of the journal.
2. Then it is reviewed by the journal editorial office for compliance with the authors guidelines and proper formatting according to the journal template, language, and editing standards
3. The manuscript may be subject to Plagiarism Check.
4. If the manuscript can be sent for review, at least 2 reviewers are selected from the list of the journal's permanent reviewers according to the specialization.
5. Double-blind is guaranteed: both authors and reviewers are annulus:

  • If the paper is accepted from the two reviewers. Paper decision is Accepted.
  • If the paper is rejected by the two reviewers. Paper decision is Reject.
  • If paper is accepted from one reviewer and rejected from the other, then the paper is assigned to a third reviewer. 

6. Upon receiving the reviews, the deputy editor can take the decision of acceptance, rejection, or revising the paper.
7. In case of required revision, the author is required to perform the revision, and submit a revised version and the editor and reviewers previously involved may be contacted for re-evaluation following the same process above.
8. The editor-in-chief is finally contacted for approval or denial of the decision.
9. A letter of acceptance or rejection of the paper is delivered to the author.
10. The paper is published in the closest edition available to the journal.
