General: Papers should report significant new research results in Language Engineering. Each paper is peer-reviewed by three referees and must not have been copyrighted, published in or submitted for publication to another refereed publication, and has not appeared in any conference or workshop proceedings. A Copyright Transfer Agreement signed by all of the authors must accompany the final version of a paper tentatively accepted for publication. Submissions: The paper should be submitted Win Word 2007® in single-spaced typing with New Times Roman font of 10 points size on papers A4 size (210mm x297mm). Page layout Margins should be Moderate. Papers can be in Arabic or English Language with pages numbered consecutively. Title Page: Authors should list their names, affiliations and complete addresses on the title page, providing telephone numbers and electronic mail addresses. A brief one-paragraph abstract of 100-200 words has to be included together with a list of six or fewer keywords. A shortened version of the paper title is to be also included for use on-page headings (to be identified as the running head). Figures and Tables: Figures and tables are to be embedded in the text and numbered consecutively. Figures should contain graphical material, whereas tables should contain tabular and typeset material. A brief title is to be included above each table and a caption below each figure. Headings and Footnotes: No more than 3 levels of headings should be used. All headings must be in 12pt font. Every word in a heading must be capitalized except for short minor words. Footnotes are to be used sparingly, indicated by consecutive numbers in the text. More details are included in the ESOLE Journal Template which can be downloaded from ESOLE web site. Abbreviations: Standard abbreviations are acceptable in the text but must not appear in the title or abstract of the paper. For local or coined abbreviations, at first usage, the original term must be spelt out and enclosed in parentheses. References: References should be inserted in the text with Arabic numerals in square brackets, consecutively for the whole text. The reference list should be given at the end of the text. Authors’ family names should follow their initials or given names, and separated by a comma. Years of publication should be enclosed in parentheses. Journal article references should include author’s name, journal title, volume number, page numbers and year of publication. Book references should include authors’ name, book title, edition or volume numbers if any, publisher, city of publication and year of publication. Report references should include author’s name, report title (number) and year of publication. Proceeding references should include the author’s name, title of meeting, volume number if any, page numbers and year of publication. Titles of journals and meetings can be abbreviated following INIS (Authority List of Journal Titles). Acknowledgments: are to be included in a separate section at the end of the text. Biography: A brief biography of the authors is to be inserted at the end of the paper after the References list (not more than 200 words) accompanied with a personal photo of 25 x 30 mm. Translated Abstract: A translation in Arabic language with the Title, author's names and their affiliations, must be added after the Biography part. Reprints: The authors receive 10 complimentary copies of reprints with a cover. Paper Template: A template for ESOLE Journal is available on the Society WebSite. It can be used by just typing on it.
عام: يجب أن تقدم الورقة البحثية نتائج جديدة ذات معنى في ھندسة اللغة حيث يتم مراجعة کل الورقة بواسطة ثلاثة محکمين ويجب ألا تکون الورقة قد سبق نشرھا أو تم تسليمھا للنشر في مطبوعات محکمة أو عليھا حقوق نشر ، کما يجب ألا يکون قد سبق نشرھا في مجلد مؤتمر أو ورشة عمل. عند تسليم النسخة النھائية للبحث المقبول (مبدئيا) يکون مصحوبا بتوقيع اتفاق على نقل حقوق النشر من جميع المؤلفين ، أو صاحب العمل في حالة ضرورة ذلک . تسليم البحث: يتم تسليم نسخة أصلية من البحث مکتوبة على مسافة واحدة على وجه واحد من الورقة مقاس A4 مقاس 14 نقطة في New Times Roman بنط الحرف .Moderate 297 مم) و ھوامش الصفحة x210) (MS Word97 حالة الکتابة باللغة الانجليزية، والکتابة باللغة العربية. يجب تسليم نسخة إلکترونية( 2003 صفحة العنوان: يکتب العنوان بحروف مقاس 20 نقطة، کما يجب أن يکتب المؤلفون أسماءھم ووظائفھم وعناوينھم کاملة على صفحة العنوان (مقاس الحرف 12 نقطة) ، مع کتابة العناوين الإلکترونية (مقاس الحرف 200 کلمة مصحوبا بقائمة من ست کلمات مفتاحية على الأکثر(مقاس – 10 نقط). يتم کتابة ملخص من 100 الحرف مقاس 12 نقطة). الأشکال والجداول: توضع الأشکال والجداول في مکانھا داخل متن النص وترقم تباعا. يتم کتابة عنوان مختصر .Bold فوق کل جدول وکذلک تحت کل شکل بحروف ذات مقاس 12 نقطة و بالبنط الثقيل ،( 3 ... للعناوين الثانوية ، ( 1 ، 2 ، العناوين والحواشي: تستخدم الرموز أولا ، ثانيا ، ... للعناوين الرئيسية ، 1 3) ... للعناوين الثالثة ، (أ) ، (ب) ، ... للعناوين الرابعة ، أ) ، ب) ، ... للعناوين الخامسة . ) ، (2) تستخدم الحواشي باقتصاد وينوه عنھا بأرقام صغيرة داخل النص بالترتيب . الاختصارات: تستخدم الاختصارات القياسية داخل النص ولکن يجب ألا تظھر في العناوين أو ملخص البحث. وعند استخدام ھذه الرموز يکتب الاسم بالکامل مع کتابة الرمز بين قوسين عند ظھوره للمرة الأولى . المراجع: توضع المراجع في أماکنھا داخل متن البحث مرقمة على التتابع بأرقام عربية داخل أقواس مربعة. تکتب قائمة للمراجع في نھاية البحث. يجب ذکر أسماء المؤلفين وبينھا فواصل وتکتب سنة النشر بين قوسين. يجب أن يشتمل المرجع المنشور في مجلة علمية على اسم المؤلف ، وعنوان المجلة ، ورقم المجلد ، وأرقام الصفحات ، وسنة النشر. يجب أن يحتوى الکتاب المرجعي على اسم المؤلف ، وعنوان الکتاب ، ورقم الطبعة ورقم المجلد إن وجد ، واسم الناشر ، ومکان النشر وسنة النشر. التقرير المرجعي : يجب أن يکتب اسم مؤلف التقرير ، وعنوان التقرير (رقمه إن وجد) ، وسنة النشر. البحث المنشور فى مؤتمر يجب أن يشتمل على أسماء المؤلفين، عنوان البحث، اسم المؤتمر و مکان و تاريخ الانعقاد. الشکر: يوضع في آخر البحث في جزء خاص . السيرة الذاتية: يتم کتابة سيرة ذاتية مختصرة ( لا تزيد عن مائتى کلمة) مصحوبة بصورة شخصية مقاس30 مم. x 25 ملخص باللغة الانجليزية: يتم ترجمة ملخص البحث الى اللغة الانجليزية شاملا أسماء المؤلفين و جھة عملھم. إعداد البحث للطباعة: سوف يتم إرسال النسخة المبدئية للورقة البحثية للمؤلفين لمراجعتھا. سوف يتم تحصيل مقابل زيادة تکلفة في حال إجراء تغييرات بأکثر من 10 % من النسخة الأصلية للورقة . نسخ البحث: يحصل المؤلفون على 10 نسخ مغلفة من الورقة البحثية المنشورة .
